There are a variety of manufacturers for Access Flooring panels and accessories. Depending on your design specifications and your budget we can assist you in finding a suitable solution. There are four basic flooring systems: Concrete filled, Woodcore, Aluminum and Steel (Hollow core). Each of the above-mentioned floor systems has a different loading capability. Access flooring panels come in either Standard or Metric panels. Standard Access floor panels measure 24" x 24" and metric panels are slightly smaller at 600mm x 600mm.
There are a variety of floor finishes available for you to choose from. Factory bond HPL (High-Pressure Laminate) is extensively used in data rooms. Special factory finishes of Anti- Static Vinyl, Hardwood and Marble are just some of the finishes that are available. Perforated panels are used to create airflow for heat-sensitive equipment.
Raised access floor systems are designed to evenly disperse the weight of heavy equipment, and provide electrical grounding to dissipate static electricity that can do damage to sensitive equipment.
An access flooring system consists of an access floor panel, head with base and stringers.
Our experienced staff can assist in the design and layout of your Custom Engineered Seismic Support frames for Server Racks, A/C Units , High Density File Systems or any heavy equipement .All of our frames are constructed out of structural steel and or Unistrut depending on your specifications.
